When a flower becomes a fruit.
The bracha (blessing) ha'adama (from the earth) becomes a hyper-focus when you watch a flower give birth to a fruit. First the leaves on the tomato plant establish themselves and grow tall with the rain and the sun. Flowers bloom and from them are born the tiny round green budding tomatoes.
Every day, one more. Another flower, the birth of a new tomato glistening in the sunlight, shedding its yellow robe to emerge in its new phase of growth.
