Unplug and ease into a long weekend, with a sunset kayaking river adventure, and restful, restorative weekend hospitality. Nestled in a peaceful woodland setting, the Yidz Inn invites you to unwind, celebrate the natural world and enjoy home-prepared meals from our kosher kitchen.

What's Included: 

  • Thursday or Friday check-in (your choice) 

  • Healthy kosher meals for your entire stay

  • Guided sunset kayaking tour in the Cache Wetlands

  • British breakfasts & Shakshuka Sunday

  • Full gourmet Shabbos experience (see below) 

  • Visit a local Alpaca farm and feed the animals

  • Late Tuesday checkout available 


All weekends include the Yidz Inn Shabbos Special: 

Candle lighting and kiddush, home-baked challah and full gourmet kosher Shabbos meals prepared by Israeli chefs Yogev Levy & Keren Yaari, using locally sourced organic produce and fresh frozen kosher meats. 


Shabbos breakfast includes oatmeal yogurt parfait with fresh fruit in season, frittata and pastries. A Shabbos hot water urn is available for tea and coffee, and there is a guest refrigerator in the Tea Room.


Guests are invited to a mid-day fish and meat cholent lunch, a light seudah shlishit, and a melave malka kumzitz with hand-baked cholov yisroel pizza from our outdoor wood-fired oven. 


Thursday (optional early check-in): 

  • Arrive early and unwind with tea and cake, a book, nature stroll or even a massage (booked in advance) 

  • Guided sunset kayaking tour through the Cache Wetlands

 
Friday: 

  • Full British cooked breakfast with kosher beef bacon, Jerusalem sausage, fresh farm eggs, grilled tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms from a local mushroom farm, baked beans, and roasted potatoes. With pastries

  • Choose from several local nature walks or forest hikes

  • Candlelighting at 7:12PM, followed by kiddush and evening meal


Shabbos (Saturday): 

  • Guided nature trail walk and quiet time for davening, to spend with family, friends, with books, magazines, puzzles and divrei Torah

  • Traditional lunch with fish, cholent, salads, and home-baked challah

  • Light seudah shlishit (fruits, cakes, cookies) before sunset

  • Melave Malka kumzitz with hand-baked cholov yisroel pizza from the wood-fired outdoor oven


Sunday: 

  • Shakshuka breakfast with fresh homemade bread and veggie sides 

  • Visit mother/daughter owned Alpaca Farm in Makanda – feed and meet the alpacas, learn about fiber production, and browse the shop stocked with hand-dyed yarns and cozy goods. Private tour and interactive experience arranged exclusively for Yidz Inn guests


Monday & Tuesday:

  • Relaxed breakfast and woodland views

  • Choose from ziplining, horseriding, kayaking and more

  • Optional late checkout Monday or Tuesday
