Spend a cozy fall weekend connecting with nature, animals, and community. This retreat features a custom Sunday visit to a local mother–daughter-owned alpaca farm, where guests can feed and interact with alpacas, explore fiber arts, and shop handmade goods.

All weekends include the Yidz Inn Shabbos Special:
Candle lighting and kiddush, home-baked challah and full gourmet kosher Shabbos meals prepared by Israeli chefs Yogev Levy & Keren Yaari, using locally sourced organic produce and fresh frozen kosher meats.
Shabbos breakfast includes oatmeal yogurt parfait with fresh fruit in season, frittata and pastries. A Shabbos hot water urn is available for tea and coffee, and there is a guest refrigerator in the Tea Room.
Guests are invited to a mid-day fish and meat cholent lunch, a light seudah shlishit, and a melave malka kumzitz with hand-baked cholov yisroel pizza from our outdoor wood-fired oven.
Thursday (optional early check-in):
Arrive early and unwind with a book or nature stroll
Evening meal features Soup Supper heated on the wood stove
Friday:
Full British cooked breakfast with kosher beef bacon, Jerusalem sausage, fresh farm eggs, grilled tomatoes, sauteed mushrooms from a local mushroom farm, baked beans, and roasted potatoes. With pastries
Choose from several local nature walks, forest hike, or ziplining tour
Candlelighting at 4:34PM, followed by kiddush and evening meal
Shabbos (Saturday):
Buffet breakfast includes oatmeal, yogurt & fresh seasonal fruit parfait, frittata, and pastries, with Shabbat water urn available for coffee and tea
Guided nature trail walk and quiet time for davening, to spend with family, friends, with books, magazines, puzzles and divrei Torah
Traditional lunch with fish, cholent, salads, and home-baked challah
Light seudah shlishit (fruits, cakes, cookies) before sunset
Melave Malka kumzitz with hand-baked cholov yisroel pizza from the wood-fired outdoor oven
Sunday:
Shakshuka breakfast with fresh homemade bread and veggie sides.
Visit mother/daughter owned Alpaca Farm in Makanda – feed and meet the alpacas, learn about fiber production, and browse the shop stocked with hand-dyed yarns and cozy goods. Private tour and interactive experience arranged exclusively for Yidz Inn guests
